Shipping:
We use Courier Guy for Counter to Door delivery. Delivery take approx 2 – 4 days depending on where you are situated.
We use Pudo for Counter to Locker or Locker to Locker despatch. This takes 3-4 days. Please make sure about your town’s address for pudo lockers.
For international parcels, we have to get a quote from UPS or DHL.
Payment Options:
We take EFT payments into our bussiness account or we can send you a Payfast Link to make payment with your credit card.
Parcels will only be dispatched after proof of payment and confirmation into our account is received.
How to order:
Click on SHOP ONLINE. Choose which option you want to see and click on icon. Pick the item you want. Add to chart and do checkout. At checkout, fill in your details and send order. We will receive your order, process it and send you an invoice for payment.
Metals for our products:
We use 925 Sterling Silver, 9 carat Gold and Freshwater Pearls and mabes. Ring sizes can be altered by a goldsmith. If we have to do sizing for you, the costs will be extra for your account.
Cleaning instructions for your jewellery:
Wear your jewellery, clean it before storage. Store in cool dry place. Do not store together with other metals, it can contaminate it. Silver can tarnish if in contact with moisture, chemicals and certain medications that you might use. To clean properly, wash with soft soap, such as sunlight liquid, rinse good and dry properly. If you still have struggle, you can use the tinfoil, sodium bicarb recipe or use our liquid cleaners and polish cloth that we sell.
